After you've been accepted into the YouTube Partnership program and have an active AdSense account, you will be eligible to monetize on your content. When your channel is eligible for monetization, your YouTube Studio will appear similar to the following:
With your monetization turned on, you will start to see icons placed next to your uploaded videos under 'Content'. Each icon has a different meaning, which you can learn more about here.
