How do you make your products?
All our goods are made to order, we carry no inventory. This process is more sustainable as it eliminates excess inventory that can sit on shelves and eventually be thrown into landfills. We source our products from various suppliers around the globe. A network of vendors allows us to offer a wide range of goods in numerous categories.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are manufactured within 5-7 business days and delivered within 20 days from date of order. As we deal with multiple manufacturing partners around the world the final arrival time depends on the product ordered, the shipping destination, and the chosen shipping method. In some cases, orders may take up to 30 days to be delivered. During peak periods manufacturing may exceed normal turnaround times. How should I care for my items?
Most garments are best cared for by machine washing in cold water with like colours. Tumble dry low, iron if necessary. Keep graphics looking new by turning them inside out before washing.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer a range of shipping options. Shipping costs vary based on the number of items in the order, the weight of the package and the final destination. Orders placed outside the United States may be subject to customs charges.
How can I track my purchases?
Once orders are fulfilled they are sent to the designated delivery service at which time an email containing a tracking number will be sent to the same email used to place the order. Customers seeking up to date order status should contact email@example.com.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
We offer returns or exchanges for unsatisfactory goods. Unwanted items must be received in the same condition in which they were delivered. We do not offer returns or exchanges for damaged, worn or washed articles. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Gift cards and other digital goods are also non-refundable. There’s a problem with my order, what do I do?
If an order is missing an item or includes unwanted items please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information:
- Customer name
- Order number
- Email used to place the order
- Unwanted/Missing item
A member of our customer service team will review the inputs and contact you with appropriate actions to be taken.
Can I change my shipping address?
If an order has not yet been sent to the delivery company we may be able to change the destination address. Customers seeking to alter the shipping destination of their order should contact email@example.com.
How do I cancel my order?
Order cancellation requests must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. In most cases, if an order has not shipped a full refund will be issued. If an order has already shipped it will need to be returned to us at the customer’s expense before we can issue a refund.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Shopify Pay.
What currency do you accept?
We currently only accept payments in USD.
