Suspended/Terminated Channel

Having your YouTube channel suspended or suddenly terminated can be a scary thing. Usually, you should receive an email from YouTube with details on the status of your channel so that you are aware what happened. If that does not happen for some reason, there is a form you can fill out to find out why your channel has been suspended or terminated. 

Before you fill out this form please make sure you fully understand YouTube's Terms of Service, and if you still don't know why your account was taken away from you, you can fill out this form:
