If you are a content creator and someone has knowingly copied and re-uploaded your original material without your permission, and you have already tried resolving the issue with the person who allegedly copied your video, you can have that video taken down in a few steps. Please only use this method as a last resort.

Step 1: Visit the Copyright Infringement Complaint Form.
Select the Appropriate Issue
Fill out the rest of the form. After you have successfully submitted a Copyright Infringement Notification, you will receive a confirmation email containing a copy of the information you have filled out. YouTube will then review your case and once they have come to a decision, you will receive a final email. Please note that content may not always be removed and YouTube investigates issues on a case by case basis.
Alternatively, you can contact BBTV's Partner Experience Team (support@bbtv.com) to request a manual claim be placed on your behalf or have the video blocked. This would be dependent on your ability to prove that the content is yours and will be decided upon on a case by case basis.
