Payments are automatically sent out on the 15th following your monthly report. Sometimes due to technical glitches some payments are not paid correctly to the appropriate account. If you are missing a payment please send us a request with the following information:
Custom ID (if you have one)
Your full name
The month(s) missing - please note that if you did not receive a payment in January, the reported month should be November
If this is your very first payment, please also let us know when you started claiming your videos.
Please note that our only method of payment currently is via Paypal so if you are having issues with your Paypal account we suggest you contact them directly to have it resolved because we cannot send your revenue through any other means.
